A client can engage with Daffodil primarily in two ways, either by outsourcing a project to Daffodil or by hiring developers from Daffodil.
To proceed for engagement with Daffodil, few simple steps are given below.
To Outsource a Project:
- Send us your requirements using the quick form Share your requirements
- A senior manager from our business development team will contact you to understand your requirements and expectations in terms of technology, budgets, delivery timeline, etc.
- The detailed requirements document will then be forwarded to the technical team and if they have any queries, we will set up a call with you directly for clarifying on any ambiguities.
- We will then provide you a detailed proposal which will contain the time and cost estimate in addition to the proposed engagement model.
- Once you approve the proposal, we'll sign off to kick start the project and assign you a dedicated account manager who will be your one point contact during the course of the project.
- The account manager will share the team matrix with you and arrange for a project kick off meeting where the technical lead and the project manager will be introduced to you. During this meeting, discussions around the modalities for the project with regards to the delivery, communication, etc. will happen, to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- For larger projects, we also provide access to our bug tracking tool so that you may regularly log your issues during the UAT phase.
