  • Larger projects are divided into milestones and mutually agreed milestones are mentioned in the final proposal. Client has a say in deciding upon the deliverables of the milestones based on his priorities and requirements.
  • Payment schedule is also milestone related.

• Account Manager arranges for Kick off meeting for introduction of both the teams (Client and Daffodil).
• Technical Team starts working on the project.
• The Client can track the progress of the project.
  • We share links of applications hosted on our server with the client.
• For every deliver before being passed to the client is passed to the QA.
• QA Team approves and the solution goes to Client for UAT.
• Specified UAT time for client where issues can be reported.
