The Client is an award-winning IT company and a Microsoft Gold certified partner. They specialize in providing solutions based on .Net and SharePoint. Their customers range from small Norwegian companies to international enterprises and are located throughout northern Europe.

The Client had speed issues due to the old architecture of their Helpdesk. They wanted to reduce processing time of Helpdesk issues and improve their user experience. Complain tickets were taking a long time to get processed and thus led to accumulation of complaints. The search feature was slow and the whole interface was in Norwegian Language. The helpdesk was based on on-premise platform and not compatible with Office 365.
