The client had a disruptive idea to develop a social networking portal wherein consumers can interact with businesses to understand the actual flow of their money; so that they could increase their personal profits and build a better economy.

A part of every transaction that will take place on the this portal, will be redistributed to the users as a Citizen Income, which can be spent only at affiliated stores. Daffodil was required to build such portal for web and mobile, that could manage complex redistribution logics based on several algorithms, handle thousands of complex transactions and send millions of transactional notifications (web, e-mail and push) in a day.

In addition to that, the client requested to replace an older version of this system with a new transaction system and a new mobile app, without impacting the running business process. The client also wanted to automate their back office processes that were being controlled manually. Daffodil’s tech experts dived deep into the complex business requirements and yet again, delighted the client by developing a social media platform integrated with their business process, web services and native mobile apps.

Forecasting the versatility of the platform, we migrated the entire application on to Amazon cloud with multi-tier architecture, for better performance and scalability. A unique monitoring system was developed that would auto alert the back office team incase there is any error in the transaction process. Daffodil also automated their entire back office process by implementing an ERP integrated with their platform.
